This is a collection of knobs & dials for people who need them as part of their vst (or whatever) development. They are provided free of charge and may be used for free within your programs, but not sold on as graphic content. If you do feel like giving my name a mention in any programs you use these files in then great, but it's not a requirement. |
Programmers note that all the cells that make up the various knob files are placed in the same position from file to file. That means that once you have set up your array to hold the images of one knob you can use the same array for future knobs with comparatively little modification. |
They are all set against an R:0, G:255, B:0 background with no anti aliasing. This means that you will get aliasing jaggies against some backgrounds but there's not much that can be done about that if you want the flexibility to put different knobs against different backgrounds. |
There are 128 images per knob in line with MIDI conventions. If 12 o'clock is zero degrees then they go from -140 degrees to 140 degrees. Just click on the sample image on the left (image 0 of the sequence) to get the corresponding file. The centre of each knob is 36 pixels along and down from the top left of each green cell the image sits in. |
There are also a couple of files which contain commonly used words in music programs and also some backgrounds and borders. |

This is a collection of LED graphics in two different sizes. Each one has 8 different levels of intensity. There are 8 different colours going from dimmest to brightest running along the image. |

Here's a sequence of 12 keys plus a base file with no keys depressed. |
